Roberto Rubio

Roberto Rubio is co-founder of Mandato, where he leads product and engineering. Trained in law and business between Norway and the US, he has spent two decades building software for regulated industries: banking, payments and financial technology.

Before Mandato he held executive roles at Schibsted, Barclays and Gaming Innovation Group, and founded Fluid, an AI-powered payments fintech. Together with Juana Frank he also co-founded Frank & Partners, the Marbella law firm inside which Mandato was born.

At Mandato, Roberto translates legal practice into product. Juana defines the what; he builds the how — the automation, the integrations with LexNET, the AEAT and the Catastro, and the AI layer that takes the non-legal work off the lawyer's desk.
