Terms of service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This page is a courtesy summary for English-speaking visitors. The legally binding version of Mandato’s terms of service is the Spanish one, and the contract is governed by Spanish law.

The Spanish terms govern the subscription to the Mandato SaaS: the two self-serve plans (Professional and Despacho, each with a 14-day free trial with no card required, run on Despacho’s features and continuing on Professional unless another plan is chosen, billed monthly or annually per user, prices excluding VAT) plus the Enterprise plan, which is not bought from the site and whose price, scope and terms are agreed in writing with each firm; billing through Stripe with automatic renewal, cancellation at any time with no lock-in (effective at the end of the current billing cycle), your firm’s ownership of its data with export rights and a 30-day retention window after termination, acceptable use, service levels (priority support on Despacho; a committed-availability SLA is an Enterprise term), our VeriFactu-compliant invoicing clause, data protection (see the DPA), and a liability cap equal to the fees paid in the previous twelve months.
