What plans are there, exactly?
Two you can sign up for directly and one you talk to us about. Professional, €49 per user per month, is the firm's complete daily practice: matters, clients, documents, calendar, email, WhatsApp, AI, the client portal, billing, read-only LexNET tracking and Catastro lookups. Despacho, €89, adds compliance and automation: the full Ley 10/2010 KYC/AML file with SEPBLAC reporting, VeriFactu with AEAT submission, LexNET, AEAT, Catastro, Registro and BOE automation, electronic signing, analytics and priority support. Enterprise is priced per firm, for practices of 10+ lawyers: white label on your own domain, a negotiated DPA and dedicated onboarding.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time and from within the app. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
What counts as a user?
Every person at the firm with access to Mandato — lawyers, administrators, associates. Your clients use the client portal and do not count as users. Neither Professional nor Despacho caps users or clients: you pay for the people who log in, and nothing else.
What does annual billing cost?
Annual billing is ten months instead of twelve — two months free. Professional is €490 per user per year, an effective €41 a month; Despacho is €890 per user per year, an effective €74 a month. That is the amount charged, not an estimate.
When do I need Enterprise?
From around ten lawyers, or sooner if you need single sign-on, a service level agreement, negotiated DPA terms or the portal served on your own domain. It isn't bought from the website: request a call or email ventas@mandato.es and we'll size it around the firm.
How does migration from my current software work?
We import your data — clients, matters and documents — as part of onboarding, at no extra cost. Tell us what you use today and we'll tell you exactly what gets imported and how.
Does the 14-day trial need a card?
No. The trial runs on the Despacho plan, so for 14 days you see all of Mandato — compliance included — without entering any card. When it ends the account continues on Professional unless you choose otherwise: nothing is deleted, and there are no surprise auto-renewals.
