Juana Frank

Juana Frank is co-founder of Mandato and the lawyer behind the product. Admitted to the Málaga Bar, she is managing partner of Frank & Partners, a boutique firm in Marbella specialising in property and corporate law for international clients.

Mandato was built inside her firm: every feature passed first through her real matters, real deadlines and real clients. If a practising lawyer wouldn't use it, it doesn't ship.

A dual Spanish-German national working daily in three languages, Juana brings the other half of Mandato's thesis: a firm with international clients needs tools that are bilingual, rigorous about compliance and designed from the law outwards — not retrofitted to it.
