Two plans, and an Enterprise tier
Pricing is now Professional at €49 and Despacho at €89 per user per month, with Enterprise priced per firm for practices of 10+ lawyers. The €29 Starter plan is retired: WhatsApp, AI, the client portal and billing all moved down into Professional, so the entry price buys the whole daily practice rather than a cut-down version of it. The 14-day trial runs on Despacho.

A new site
We rebuilt the site from scratch: published prices with no lock-in, a page per feature and per administration integration, and the security and compliance posture stated in plain terms rather than buried in a PDF.

VeriFactu-ready invoicing
Invoicing was built on the VeriFactu model: sequential numbering, a chained and tamper-evident record of every invoice, and a verifiable-invoice QR code. With export to Holded to resolve compliance in the accounting.

WhatsApp Business, in both directions
Connect the firm's WhatsApp Business number via 360dialog and bring the conversation onto the matter: inbound and outbound messages, bilingual templates and the full history archived, instead of living on a personal phone.

LexNET: notifications and deadline calculation
LexNET notifications reach the matter by proceeding number and the deadline is calculated and appears on the calendar. We receive and compute. Filing written submissions from the matter is built and entering the enablement phase, firm by firm.

AI document analysis
The AI reads deeds, land-registry extracts and contracts, pulls out the key data and flags charges and risks for a lawyer to review. The conveyancing assistant guides the transaction step by step.

KYC and sanctions screening
KYC based on the client's nationality and screening against sanctions lists, with the result archived on the matter and in the audit trail. Ley 10/2010 due diligence without folders of spreadsheets.

Document vault and e-signature
A per-client vault, templates with merge fields that fill in from the matter, and electronic signature with an audit trail. Documents stop living scattered across folders and emails.

Unified inbox and calendar
Gmail and Outlook in a single inbox tied to the matter, a firm calendar, and deadlines anchored to the matter that generated them. The conversation stops being split across three mail accounts.

BOE and BORME monitoring with AI-flagged impact
Alerts on BOE and BORME publications tied to the clients and subjects you follow, with an AI reading that flags which matters may be affected. The alert takes you to the official text; the assessment stays yours.
